We also have built up an enviable in-house engineering function with the skills and experience to maintain and service much of our equipment which helps improve yields and maintain OTIF delivery of over 98%.
G&H | Artemis has always been a key player in the defence sector with a particular expertise in Head Up Displays and laser protection, garnering a reputation for exceptional quality in the US, European, and UK markets. Though defence remains a significant sector, the business has strategically diversified into other niche markets over the past five years, developing new revenue streams in hi-tech and industrial markets. Today, nearly 40% of Artemis' production serves non-defence markets.
Artemis is also keen to foster collaborations that provide inventive solutions to complex technological thin film coating challenges. One successful example is its strategic partnership with Plymouth University which is currently focussed on coating chamber optimisation. Another involves Li-Fi (wi-fi through light) is another area the business has developed into and recently won a significant contract for.
