We are looking for a candidate to join our growing, world-class team in assisting with the design and manufacture of cutting edge thin-film coatings for the Defence, Aerospace, Medical and Industrial markets.

In this instance we are looking for a person with demonstrable experience in optical thin-film manufacture, test and design.

The perfect candidate would have experience in the design and manufacture of High LDT Coatings, High Performance Notch filters and High performance bandpass filters.

The role will include both 'hand-on' production tasks as well as early involvement in the design and setting up of processes for new products as well as the training of production staff.
