Mechanical Design Engineer - Dale Lloyd-Hill

PLYMOUTH, UK - November 17, 2023 - Mechanical Design Engineer, Dale Lloyd-Hill, joined Artemis in December 2022. A graduate of University of Plymouth, Dale served his apprenticeship as a toolmaker at Amtek Precision Engineers, followed by a spell at Princess Yachts as a grade 5 engineer. He then spent 3 years designing paper converting machinery, such as napkin and toilet paper lines, for Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC) in Plymouth.

Dale tells us that, whilst growing up, he wanted to be comic book writer and illustrator. This ambition has clearly influenced his fondness for the Netflix cartoon series Bojack Horseman, the writings of Robert Jordan (Wheel of Time) and playing video games as a hobby.

And Dale’s favourite place to relax on holiday? …Barcelona.
